Q. Do you have a catalog?

A. Sorry, at this time we do not have a catalog. 

Q. I have never ordered online before, is this website secure?

A. The website checkout system is on a 128 bit encryption Secure Server via PayPal.  PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

Once your information reaches PayPal's site, it resides their server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Their servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

Q. What carrier will my order be coming by?

A. For most orders, we generally use the USPS.  For bulk tiara orders please expect 7-10 days for delivery.  For single tiara orders/drop shipping please expect 2-4 days for delivery.  For jewelry orders please expect 7-14 days.

Q. How long does it take you replenish stock when an item sells out.

A. We try not to allow items to sell out, however it happens (especially during the busy season.)  We normally begin making more once a certain stock level is reached.  In the event that we do sell out, it can take as little as one day and as much as 4 weeks (4 weeks is unlikely.)

Q. We need the products for a particular date.  How soon do we need to order it?

A. If you know that you are going to need it, then our only recommendation is to order it now.   Upon occasion items are sold out and may not be available on particular dates.    

Q. If I place an order now, when will it ship?

A. We try to ship orders received Monday -Friday within 3 days.  For single orders or drop shipped items we try to have them out the next day.  Orders placed during the weekend we generally do not start processing until Monday. If there is not enough inventory to fill 2 orders, the order placed earlier will receive the product. 

 

Q. Do you sell samples?

A. Sorry, we do not sell samples.  We can not break up the minimum quantity of any of our items that are sold in bulk.  If you want to see our product we recommend buying a single item from the drop shipping order page.

Q. Can the minimum quantity be shared over more than one style?

A. The minimum quantity for each style is specific for that style only.  It can not be shared for more than one style.

Q. How do I return an item?

A. Items in their original condition and packaging are able to be returned within 15 days from receipt for an even exchange or refund less a 25% re-stocking fee. If exchanging, there will be another shipping fee. All items that come back other than in their original condition and original packaging or later than the 15 day return period will be refunded less a 50% re-packaging, correction and/or stock balance charge.  In the event that an item is shipped incorrectly or defective, it will be replaced at no charge. 

Q. What is my warranty?

A. In the event that an item is shipped incorrectly or defective, it will be replaced at no charge as long as it is within 45 days.  If a defective item is returned after 45 days a shipping charge will apply.

Q. What if I need to cancel my order?
A. Cancellations on any product already shipped will be treated as a return. Orders over $250.00 are not cancelable.

Q. What if I need to change my order?
A. We are not able to change orders once they are shipped.  Sometimes, in an emergency case, we can change orders,  but it is never guaranteed.  Due to multiple pickups throughout the day and dependence on proper ordering, we can only guarantee to try to change the order.

Terms and conditions of sale
No contract will subsist between you and Cherished Moments for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Cherished Moments accepts your order by receiving full payment and verifying your address.  Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin, and you and Cherished Moments irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Wisconsin Court System.
